This page hosts public event signup forms for The Chaos Initiative, LLC. Players can sign up for tabletop event seats and table-status notifications.
Optional SMS consent flow
The signup form asks for player name, contact information, optional phone number, and an optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
SMS checkbox language: “By checking, you are allowing to receive transactional/informational SMS communications regarding your table status from The Chaos Initiative, LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out. Click for Privacy and Terms and Conditions.”
After submitting with SMS selected, the player may receive table-ready SMS notifications for that signup. Every table-ready text includes STOP and HELP instructions.
SMS messages are transactional/informational only and relate to event table status. No mobile information will be shared with third party/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
