By using this event signup system, attendees agree that email may be used as a fallback for transactional event notifications related to the signup they submit. SMS consent is separate and optional.
Event Signup Use
This site helps attendees join waitlists, sign up for available tables, and receive table-ready notifications. Event staff may move, remove, or update signups as needed to operate the event.
Community Expectations
We believe tabletop games should be about fun first, winning second. Be kind, play respectfully, and help grow the game and the community.
Notifications
Email may be used as a fallback for transactional messages related to an attendee's signup, table status, or event participation when the attendee does not opt in to SMS. Attendees receive SMS only if they optionally provide a phone number and check the separate SMS consent box before submitting the signup. Message frequency varies by event usage. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
Consent Checkbox
The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Users may submit the signup with an email address instead of agreeing to receive SMS. When users provide a phone number and check the box, table-ready SMS updates are enabled for that signup. Every table-ready SMS includes STOP and HELP instructions.

Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third party/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No Guarantee Of Seating
The system helps organize event operations, but seating may depend on available tables, event capacity, schedule changes, and staff decisions.
